Editorial Responsibility

I like to think that the relationship of Prunelle and Fantasio is like this in the Vehlmann & Yoann Spirou et Fantasio albums.

And that Fantasio is the Editor-in-chief, and in the end responsible for all the major decisions, and Prunelle is the Managing editor, the 2nd in command basically who is responsible for the day-to-day business of the magazine.

(But since Fantasio has the tendency to just disappear on adventures fairly regularly, he ends up doing lot of the work that the EIC should.)
